Alias Imaging Updated Site-New Work

We just updated our site with some new work and would love some feedback on how user friendly it is and how quick things load. There are two links that are under construction but should be up in the next couple of weeks. We switched the home page to a flash page with images that link directly to portfolios and would like to know if it helps the overall look and feel or is just a pain to load. I have recently been doing a lot of work that focuses capturing the true personalities of kids that can be viewed in my Book 2 Kids portfolio.
