Music for a cold week

Hi there and  happy new year.   A few picks to keep the winter blues from catching up with you.

Rockamovya- Harrison Stafford-  Found this today when I was looking for some of guitarist Will Bernard’s new stuff.   Great reggae grooves with ‘Ernest Ranglinesque’ guitar work and an overall “its winter in Jersey and I want to hear what it sounds like in the warm sun with a beverage in my hand” kind of music.

Tiny Resistors- Todd Sickafoose  -  Awesome ensemble jazz. Has influences of Bill Frisell. Amazing instrumental arrangements by the leader. Andrew Bird is a special guest on this one.
