they still have some challenges ahead but it is a very good step in the right direction.
it will be interesting to see what wording they use.
I thought it was funny, Bill Mahr was talking about gay marriage, and said something like- of course gays should also have the right to be trapped in a miserable relationship. His bit also included the idea that not only should people be allowed to marry whoever they want but why not as many people as they want ei polygamist its none of the govnments f’in business. He’s funny. He was also commenting on how the feds cant catch terrorists but they can bust Willie Nelson yet again for havin’ pot, where are the priorities, if theres one thing that americans can agree on its that Willie should be able to puff whatever stuff the farmers can grow for him.
If I had to choose between allowing Willie to smoke pot and allowing gay marriages, I’d choose Willie first. Nothing against gay marraiges, I just find Willie a lot more interesting.
Give it up for gay guncarrying potsmokers carrying out embroynic stem cell research in NJ! If someone can reduce taxes and add 6 or 7 more lanes to the parkway I will be psyched!
Well, being a Joisey Girl, I’m very proud that my state had the balls to support the cause of gay couples/partners living in New Jersey. We’ll have to see what happens in the legislature now. I for one will be asking my family and friends to vote for some kind of equal partnership protection. Maybe one day down the road my partner and I will return to Joisey. But not until Australia runs out of water.
Cheers, Robyn

Oh, and not sure if you all know about this web site, but I think it’s awesome, considering I have always thought Steve Miller’s Big Old Jet Airliner was… “Big Old Jam at the Ligthhouse.” Of course I think my lyrics are more entertaining.
