The end of a busy week.

Last week was hectic. Borderline too-hectic if you ask me but i had a confluence of events all taking place that were tough for me to ignore. So now I’m paying the price for having totally over-commited myself. I had some sort of extra-curricular stuff going on almost everyday last week. I was going to write a bunch of entries but figure it’d be easier just to dump them all together, so read on if you want to hear about my over-extended schedule last week.

Pandora/Last.FM

TechCrunch has a piece on how the folks at Pandora opened up their API for real-ity so that it can passthru and work with Last.FM user data. This is a pretty useful cocktail of music services and better seen than explained, so go give it a shot.

What would make this massively powerful is if I could subscribe to these services using my Roku Soundbridge.

Demo Session @ Tonight’s Geek Dinner

Providence Geeks will be hosting the third Geek Dinner tonight at AS220. We’re trying something new with a demonstration session:

Something we can all agree on

It’s been slow this week, and I never post but just comment. So I’ll step up and share something I’ve been completely obsessed about the last week. I’ve been stealing every spare cycle to work on a cigar box guitar. I read about these last week and was immediately sticken. “I will have you. Oh, yes, I will have you” I said to this idea.
