Well, not much to report from the Hempstead homefront. Liz and I spent NYE at home eating take out pub-grub and watching “The Wedding Crashers”. The local video store got it in early and went ahead and rented it out even though the official release date isnt till the 3rd. New Years day was the third annual polar bear plunge for The Sons of Ireland and for the third year in a row i jumped into the atlantic ocean on Jan 1. The beer was flowing afterword, and beforehand, and it was indeed a festive day. Today, at the last minute, i decided to make a fast track batch of meatballs and sauce and as of right now the house smells great. I think i got lucky with this batch. Just thought that in the absence of any post recently i would bore you with the most recent entertainment i have experienced. Oh yes, and so far since Santa’s visit i have built and rebuilt T-Rex Mountain 79 times and i am seriously considering flying to the north pole myself and sticking it wear Santa least expects.
