i say bravo. that could never happen here though. let me rephrase. i think it was daring and bold for the WHO to stand up for its principles in such a way. if it sticks. i think they may be able to pull it off because people are not born addicted to nicotine. the habit and addiction can be beaten. i am proof. not a drag in 3 1/2 years.
