Prologue.
My premise is that, despite our seemingly polarized political dialogue, there is in fact a very broad center in this country. More specifically, I propose that there is a political/economic platform to which roughly two-thirds of Americans would subscribe. This premise has a statistical error of plus or minus 5%, give or take 5% or so. This two-thirds majority, whom I’ll call the Political Pragmatists (PPs), span the political spectrum from center-left to center-right. The remaining one-third of the population are roughly equally divided between those of us generally more liberal and those less liberal than the broad center majority. As anyone who has tried to get me on IM over the past couple days can tell you, we’re in the process of moving our servers to a new facility this week. Swamped is an understatement. Moving an IT shop is definitely a fate I wouldn’t wish on anyone and if I didn’t have such competent staff helping me there’s no way I’d even be attempting this.
Anywho, sorry for the light posting on my end. If all goes well, I’ll be back to regular posting on Saturday. Hopefully with some photos of our new kickass NOC.
