Who's the skinny guy in the wet t-shirt?

Tip: If you wanted to show off your nipples, you should have worn white.

Within 24 hrs of the completion of SL5 I managed to counteract the beneficial effects of the run with a Bacon-blue cheese burger the size of my head followed by ice cream and accompanied by several cocktails and many beers. The big question after fullfilling a long term goal is what next? I run 5 milers three times a week and while the SL5 was cool because it was my first organized run, I don't know if i care to run6 or more miles. Any suggestions?

i have never been one to run/exercise all that much but there is a local triathalon here once a year that consist of a 6 mile canoe ride, 6 mile run and an 18mile bike ride. now that sounds like fun and it can only do me good so i think some friends and i are going to give it a try. maybe there is something similar in your neck of the woods.
