what to listen to at work?

i have been having a hard time finding something other than streaming dead shows to listen to at work. i am limited to mindows media player because it is work machine and i cannot download any other apps without a tech. do any of you know of good sites that i can stream tunes to my work location? i checked out nugs but m any of the shows and sets end midway through. the radio stations also go in and out.
any help would be kind.

    I find RealRhapsody to be the only thing worth really paying a subscription for in terms of streaming music. I love it. hours and hours of entertainment. you can stream entire albums, or play their preprogrammed radio stations

    iTunes also has a free radio thingy built in to the software. just dl iTunes and open the Radio tree. lots there too. varying quality.

    Thanks Jer. All this time I had no idea that I could listen to the radio on my computer. I’m so damn out of touch with all my technological capabilities.

    i’ve been really digging david byrne’s streaming radio station. you should be able to stream that on windows

    take jim’s advice on the david byrne radio it’s great!
    we pretty much stream through itunes at work all day long, there is some interfearance once in a while but there is plenty to choose from and it keeps everyone happy.
