Recipe for NOT being let down on Superbowl Sunday;

one 3 1/3 lb pork picnic shoulder prepped with 1/4 dryrub on saturday morning

1 bottle bbq sauce

1 crockpot to put the shoulder in 10 hrs before gametime (coincides with the taking of one prilosec)

bag of good rolls

rolling rock (goes better with bbq than bud for some reason)

i don't want to jinx the forthcoming dynasty so i'll stop there ;-)

Which are worse Boston fans or Philly fans? Indeed an arguement for the ages... shanty Irish with bad accents vs other shanty Irish with bad accents...Hmmmm tough one.
When I worked at Jersey Mikes subs back in H.S. we would occasionally get a customer that would come in and ask for a "Hoagie"(The Philly term for a sub). It used to aggravate me to no end. I worked at Jersey Mikes Subs, not Jersey Mikes Hoagies.. I always wished I could have pulled some soup nazi shit and kicked them out of the store on the spot. "NO SUB FOR YOU...YOU COME BACK IN 1 YEAR"
