Day 1 of frickin’ Nicorette

Jim, I don’t know how you can abuse this stuff day after day. I just popped my first piece and it made my throat burn! I’m gonna stick with it, though. I’m back on a homeopathic remedy for tendonitis (the remedy is hydrogen), and therefore must not smoke or drink coffee. I decided to give up cigarettes, too. The coffee, I found was really aggrivating the tendonitis in my arm and hand, so losing that wasn’t so hard, especially since I found out that Dunkin’ Donuts has green tea. (Yes, we truly live in an age of enlightenment.) Without all these vices, though, I don’t know what to do with myself. Oh wait, gotta go - I’m late for my Pilates class!

Chappelle was featured on NYTimes.com recently. I’m hoping the full text of the write up appears in the extended entry to give you a sense of what he’s all about.
